About Us
Founders Tom and Stephanie Kelsch (TaSK) met while working for another provider agency in 1996 and were married in 1999. Together they have over 44 years of experience working in the IDD field, in positions ranging from direct care to CEO. In 2023, Tom and Stephanie decided to pursue their passion and start their own provider agency.
Services We Provide
TaSK provides Community Participation Support (CPS), Companion Services, and In Home and Community Supports (ICHS) for adults with IDD. Support service needs and the amount of services provided are decided through team process. The goals of these services are to support individuals with acquiring, maintaining, or improving necessary skills to help them live more independently and experience a meaningful community life.
