About Us
Founders, Tom and Stephanie Kelsch (TaSK), met while working for a provider agency in 1996 and were married in 1999. Together they have over 44 years of experience working in the IDD field in positions ranging from direct care to CEO. In 2023, Tom and Stephanie decided to pursue their passion and start their own provider agency.
Together they have two sons, Collin, born in 2001, and Caden, born in 2005. As a family they enjoy Disney vacations, traveling, board games, and deck hockey. Additionally, they have been heavily involved in the dog rescue world and have fostered over 40 puppies and dogs. They currently have five rescue dogs that complete their family.
About Tom
Tom started working for a provider agency part time in 1995 doing payroll and accounts payable. From 1997 until 2000, he worked for a mutual fund accounting firm while also maintaining PT hours for the provider. In 2000, he was asked to work full time for the provider as the Budget Director. He said he would try it for six months, and ended up staying for 22 years. During that time, he was promoted to CFO and Assistant Executive Director in 2008, and then appointed as CEO in 2015. While he started in the fiscal department of the agency, he developed a passion for being involved in aspects of the agency that had a more direct impact on the individuals.
About Stephanie
Stephanie started working for a provider agency in 1991, as a direct support professional. During her years at the provider agency, Stephanie was promoted to Relief Manager, Assistant Manager, and Program Manager, and held an administrative position as Senior Program Worker upon her resignation in 2001, due to the birth of their first son. After having the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom, Stephanie returned to the same provider agency in 2015.

Task Support Services' mission is to provide superior services to adults with IDD. We promote our individuals' right of choice, their goals of greater independence, and facilitation of opportunities with the approach of how we would support our own family and friends.
Our Vision
TaSK Support Services' vision embodies a view that people continue to develop and grow throughout their lifespan, especially in a positive and supportive environment. The agency, along with its individuals, staff, and services, is always in the state of becoming more flexible and innovative within a person-centered system.
