 TaSK Support Services is dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our work is rooted in genuine care, compassion, and empathy — the foundation that allows us to support growth, independence, and overall well‑being. At TaSK, service truly comes from the heart, and every individual we support is met with dignity, respect, and unwavering commitment. 

 Founders Tom and Stephanie Kelsch met while working in the IDD field in 1996 and have spent more than 44 years combined supporting individuals across roles ranging from direct care to executive leadership. In 2023, they turned their shared passion into purpose by creating TaSK Support Services — a provider built on experience, integrity, and a commitment to person‑centered care. 

 TaSK Support Services provides Community Participation Support (CPS), Companion Services, In Home and Community Supports (IHCS), and Respite for adults with IDD. Through a collaborative team process, each person receives individualized supports that build skills, strengthen independence, and create meaningful experiences at home and in the community.
